Slots Product Manager
Based in Macau / Hong Kong / Manila / Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle(s) of complex products in Casino/Slots genre
• Documenting business requirements and creating and executing product road map
• Quantitative Analysis, including performance reporting, market sizing and operational metrics
• Market Analysis, including competitive research, player and genre research and market awareness
• Support Sales and Marketing on understanding new features and capabilities
• Lead research strategy for product decisions

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management in social casino app or IGaming industry
• Ability to create wire-frames, product specifications and pricing virtual goods
• Experience managing live applications and/or games with multivariate testing is preferred
• Strong data analysis and project management skills
• Strong passion for games, sports and creating fun
• Strong understanding of various web tools and technologies e.g. HTML, CSS, content management systems, design and user experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge in Chinese slot industry is a must
• Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology & Tableau is preferred

Online Marketing Manager
Based in Macau / Hong Kong / Manila / Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities

• Develop the conditions for the effective development of marketing strategies and tactics that support the short and long-term business objectives
• Create a marketing infrastructure that supports the execution of these strategies and tactics
• Review marketing activities, performance and investment against industry best practices
• Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to help the team understand, manage & communicate performance updates to the wider business
• Market the budgeting process in terms of collation, cost & revenue forecasts and monthly reporting
• Liaise with other departments & key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with strong online/ digital marketing and performance marketing experience
• Excellent knowledge of performance marketing areas such as PPC, Display, Paid Social
• Affiliate marketing experience would be a plus
• Industry experience in online gaming is ideal

Online Game Software Sales
Based in Macau / Hong Kong / Manila / Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities

• Work closely with the marketing team and other internal teams to ensure overall business goals are aligned
• Grow annual online sales volumes and revenues to meet target
• Drive effective channel strategies that optimise opportunities and profitably
• Analyse sales data & trend / user consumption data and build required reports and dashboard
• Ensure digital / offline campaigns drive awareness, perception, traffic, and sales along with marketing collaboration
• Full cooperation with global promotion & marketing campaign
• Identify area and/or process of user experience to improve
• Nurture potential customers-target group
• Handle major online channel customers issues, working closely with CS team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Knowledge of online store management, promotion & marketing
• Data analytics skill and insight into user behaviour
• Software or contents sales experience preferred

Administration Manager
Based in Hong Kong
Responsibilities

• Perform a full spectrum of office administration and secretarial in a middle size office environment
• Handle a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, leave & attendance records, payroll, MPF administration and medical benefit etc.
• Formulate, implement and revamp the current administration policies, procedures and guidelines
• Manage the general accounting functions
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in BA or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience of which 3 years in managerial level
• Well versed with Hong Kong accounting practices, tax and corporate laws compliance
• Knowledge of employment ordinance, government rules and regulations of Hong Kong
• Initiative, well-organised, strong analytical mind and attention to details
• Good leadership and interpersonal skill
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and problem solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
